Fractional CFO Services

Embedded financial leadership for nonprofits and mission-driven organizations ($1M–$10M budgets).

As your fractional CFO, I work alongside your leadership team and board to strengthen financial decision-making, improve sustainability, and make the numbers usable, not just “accurate.”

What I do: lead the financial strategy, guide the system, and oversee the people doing the day-to-day work.

What I don’t do: bookkeeping, AP processing, payroll processing, data entry, or cleanups.
