Questian Telka

Questian Telka, owner of ReQoncile Financials, has been dedicated to supporting nonprofits for over 15 years. She leans heavily into accounting technology and automation as tools to create meaningful impact—empowering nonprofits, training professionals, and driving the change she wants to see in the world. Her extensive experience allows her to offer a variety of bookkeeping and financial services to small business owners and nonprofits alike.
As the owner of an accounting firm specializing in nonprofit financial management, Questian is committed to building strong financial foundations, mission-driven strategies, and promoting inclusivity. She takes great pride in helping organizations take flight and empowering them to manage their finances with confidence. She loves collaborating with clients, enabling them to focus on their mission and the work they’re passionate about—building their organizations and making a difference in their communities.
Most recently, Questian has been working as the Director of Finance and Administration at a local nonprofit. Prior to that, she spent many years in Operations at Deloitte.
She is a licensed Certified Public Bookkeeper, QuickBooks Advanced Certified Pro Advisor, and an Enrolled Agent licensed to practice before the IRS. She is a member of the National Association of Tax Professionals and the National Association of Enrolled Agents.
Her dedication to disability advocacy is reflected in her board service as Treasurer for B3 Coffee, a nonprofit that provides social and vocational opportunities to individuals of all abilities and promotes disability justice, allyship, and inclusion. She also serves on the NAEA DEI Committee and actively promotes greater representation of women in the accounting profession.
As an engaging speaker and trainer, Questian equips accountants and nonprofit professionals with the knowledge and tools they need to strengthen their organizations and careers. Whether teaching webinars, mentoring peers, or advising clients, she brings authenticity, expertise, and a deep sense of purpose to every conversation.
Originally from Indiana, Questian spent part of her professional career in Southern California and now resides in North Carolina. In her free time, she enjoys hiking, reading, and spending time with family.

Tara Kelley
Junior Bookkeeper
With over 15 years of experience in human resources, Tara transitioned to a new career path in 2022, joining the team at ReQoncile Financials as a Junior Bookkeeper. As a QuickBooks Online ProAdvisor, she brings her passion for learning and dedication to supporting nonprofits, helping them thrive and fulfill their missions within the community. Originally from Indiana, she now calls Colorado home, where she enjoys the beauty of the outdoors. In her free time, she loves listening to music and attending concerts.

Adriana Moreno
Client Accounting Services Manager
With over 13 years of accounting and auditing experience, including 5 years working with U.S.-based multinational and nonprofit organizations, Adriana is committed to strengthening nonprofits through her financial expertise. She provides accurate financial information and strategic support to help organizations grow and achieve their missions. Adriana holds two postgraduate degrees in Audit and Control, and Tax Auditing, and is pursuing a Master's in Integrated Management: Environmental, Quality, and Prevention. Outside of work, she enjoys creative activities with her two children, such as music and singing, as well as exercising. Fluent in English, French, and Spanish, Adriana considers herself a lifelong learner.

Heather Hughes
Junior Bookkeeper
As a Bookkeeper for ReQoncile Financials, Heather combines a strong educational foundation with practical experience to deliver an excellent experience to clients. Graduating cum laude with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Heather led an impressive career before joining ReQoncile Financials, where she spent several years in marketing for a Fortune 100 company. Now, in her “second act,” she works closely with clients, ensuring consistent and accurate day-to-day and month-end bookkeeping services. She spends her time enjoying her grandsons and listening to music outdoors.
